A$1,000 or less
Shipbird doesn't collect GST on these orders, and customs duty generally doesn't apply at this value.
Over A$1,000
Customs assesses duty (often 5%, many goods 0%), 10% GST and an import processing charge at the border. FedEx clears the parcel and bills these to the recipient, not to Shipbird. We give you an estimate in your quote.
