Two ways to ship

Pick the lane that matches your volume.

Regular smaller shipments rate instantly. Larger consolidated freight is quoted per lane and weight break.

Parcel & Small Freight

Instant rate

Everyday shipments on FedEx Express infrastructure. Best for recurring, smaller-volume flow where transit time matters more than unit cost.

Express and economy service levels, door to door
Rated on the spot from dimensions and destination
Repack and cartonization at the hub to cut dim weight
Tracking and export docs handled per shipment

Bulk & Palletized Freight

100–300 kg+

Consolidated freight via FedEx Freight (LTL) and air cargo partners. Quote-based, for larger recurring programs or one-off moves.

Multiple vendor inbounds consolidated onto shared pallets
Palletizing, shrink wrap, labeling, and weight-break planning
Airport-to-airport or door delivery, depending on lane

How it works

Your freight physically moves through our hands.

We are a forwarder and consolidator with a facility, dock, and staff, not a rate desk passing shipments to someone else.

01

Ship to our Austin, TX hub

You or your vendors send inventory to our dock. Domestic inbound freight and small-parcel deliveries both work.

02

Received, checked, and staged

Cartons are counted and weighed on arrival, then held until the shipment is complete or the cut-off hits.

03

Consolidated and documented

We repack or palletize to the cheapest workable weight break, then prepare the commercial invoice and carrier paperwork.

04

Tendered on our accounts

The shipment moves out on FedEx Express, FedEx Freight, or an air cargo partner, whichever the lane and weight favor.

Why Shipbird

Built for people who already know freight.

Consolidation is the product

Weight breaks, dim weight, and pallet build are decided per shipment rather than defaulted. That is where the cost actually moves.

One operator, both modes

Parcel and palletized freight run out of the same hub, so volume can shift between them without changing vendors or re-onboarding.

Direct carrier relationships

We hold our own wholesale-tier accounts and tender under them, and we are open to rate partnerships with forwarders and cargo consolidators.

Tell us what's moving and where.

Send weights, dimensions, and destination. Parcel comes back rated; bulk freight comes back quoted by lane.

Forwarders and consolidators asking about wholesale rate partnerships can use the bulk path.
