FedEx classifies them as dangerous goods, so we can't ship them. That covers power banks, portable chargers, spare and replacement cells, and battery packs sold on their own.
Phones, laptops, tablets, cameras, headphones, smartwatches and other devices ship fine with the battery installed.
No documentation fixes these. If one turns up in a parcel at the hub, we will message you the same day and hold the rest of your shipment while we sort it out.
