Prohibited items

Before you ship or buy something for us to forward, check this list. We can't purchase, receive, store, or ship items that are illegal, hazardous, or restricted under US export law, FedEx's own carrier restrictions, or the import laws of your destination country. This includes, without limitation:

• Firearms, ammunition, and weapons of any kind
• Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Hazardous materials, flammables, aerosols, and lithium batteries shipped alone
• Counterfeit goods or items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Live animals, plants, and perishable food items
• Cash, negotiable instruments, and precious metals or stones above carrier limits
• Any item on FedEx's published list of prohibited and restricted items

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or dispose of any item we reasonably believe falls into a prohibited category, and to report suspected illegal shipments to the relevant authorities. Import rules vary by destination country — you're responsible for confirming your item is legal to bring into your country before you buy it.
